Does packaging reveal the product?
We use neutral packaging; the outer box does not print the product name. Waybills use a neutral description.
Do you support cash on delivery (COD)?
Yes — COD is enabled at checkout. Other online gateways will be added when merchant accounts are ready.

How long does delivery take?
It depends on your area and GHN shipment status. After a tracking number exists, check My account or GHN’s tracking page. We do not state a fixed day count here until operations publish an official commitment.
